Depends what kind it is. Most places wouldn’t bother trying to match the key. Just remove and replace.

Now sold. Was quite an emotional day for various reasons having owned it for 25 years. Just been a very large paper weight for a while and taking up space. Gets to a point when you know you’re not going to get round to it and the space was much needed for another toy. Hopefully gone to a good home.

I use the hammer and chisel method Scottie describes.
Works every time. Nice sharp hardened steel chisel, knock a big notch into the side of the head then tap it round. I usually just replace the screws with bolts.
