Yep, they are not good. ( polite way of saying utter sh***) bought mine this year and after less than 80 gentle miles they are buggered. I'm no expert but is obvious the prob is they are not matched and badly made, each leaf is not working as it should with its neighbour and mine have done the same ...

Decided to take the t/box out. I could not budge the flange nut in situ so took the t/box out, next time will work out how to remove gear change lever as working alone was a bit difficult dropping box out with lever in.
