I've noticed that under a separate forum heading 'CV axle info' a SJ410 CV should have 19 teeth, whereas the axle shaft on mine has 20. (I've treble checked it just to ensure it isn't eyeball trouble). Is it possible my shaft might be from another vehicle? Any help on resolving this would be highly ...

Also at this point my spray painter (wife) was rubbing down and prepping all the bodywork, then build a Heath Robinson spray booth using plastic sheeting and 4x2. Misprint, 18 months in at this point. Everything removed from the chassis; stripped, cleaned, checked and inspected as per Suzuki's spec then swathed in hammerite where appropriate. Alongside this all the drivetrain and braking system was bench overhauled, ready to be refitted to the rolling chassis...
