Thanks all for the advice really helps. I've gone disc rear so want off with drum handbrake but flange drum in one. What's the best source of flange pls

Hope to make room to get tube chassis over shortly, motor is ready for new intake manifold take HIF 44 bought recently. Got steel plates doing both intake n 4 branch from scratch. Transfer news new mounts so no shortage of fun ahead. Have fun all

Most of us make our own though, by cutting up the old rear drum and then using front wheel studs.

Check my build thread for how I did it. Or just about any build thread on here, actually - I think almost all of us have done it...

Cheers folks, back in the shed working intake manifold for SU. Chopped off thermostat and planning to sandwich that back on thru a matching port in my plate. 2-45 degree bends 2-ovals and happy cut n shutting.

More shed time and diff in , disc brake rear, low ratio transfer box thou still need to fabricate mountings and finally gearbox means drivetrain is taking shape . Prop on courier as we speak once that arrives I can be 100% transfer location get welding. I'm curious about some solid looking bolt and dowel holes under the gearbox look useful mtg or bash plate? Happy mud flinging

Hey folks any of you done a remote oil filter and cooler set up, curious to filter thread for cover plate and top of new mount? Appreciate any wisdom if you've already had s go. Cheers guys

Working on my tube frame project I got the bug or these vehicles now bought in Jimny. Would sj steel rims fit? Don't want to trash oz alloys it and with. Just the thing season starting to get into the fields. Appreciate the info folks as always
