Just had a look at that (in case I ever get the time/energy/money) and quickly realised it won't fit my 413, it's sammy only. I guess if I ever do it I'll have to borrow (steal) Scottie's design and make my own.

Hang about, I think I've wrapped my head around this, you buy 5" leaf Spring packs, then split them into single leafs and sell them as sets that are rated at more like 1.5 inch instead of 5" w/ 5 leaves.

Are single leaf springs safe? Seems odd to visualise in my mind haha

So I basicly take a set of good standard springs and add ones extra leaf from the lift springs.

Where I only use one of the lift springs leafs under load it will be about a 1.5 inch lift spring.

But the leaf I use I make it as long as possible from a rear spring so the whole leaf is supported.

Il make some and if you don't fancy them il eBay them mate.

Did you try Llama 4x4 for springs? I got some from him and they were spot on.

The springs look the same as standard ones, front and rear are the same but have a leaf in each from a lift spring.
