The box should be fine...I was assured it came out of a working SJ and all the gears select just fine.

Heatwave still on but the fridge is well stocked!

After some epic help from Twiss.. the box is in.... but now I have a whining noise.. hoping its the release bearing (brand new one but didnt grease it). But apart from that.... 5th gear bitches!! AND it actually accelerates in 5th which was a bit unexpected lol!

Work hasnt finished yet... Twiss has kindly offered to replace the release bearing with my old one during night shift tonight. I think he is getting withdrawal symptoms from not driving his one and just wants to play with them as much as possible :)
