starting issue

04 plate jimny

starts first time all the time. but if you happen to stall it its very difficult to get it started again you have to leave it for 2min then try again any ideas plz.

Post up a pic of the engine, might be a camshaft sensor on it's way out!

ok gonna have a go at this at the weekend it was quite embarassing tonight a fuel station i filled right up went in and paid came out jumped in turned key for anout a split second it felt like it wanted to start but never next turn of key was just cranking waited a min another turn of the key just cranking again not even wanting to start waited about 3 min turned key and Vroooooom i think fist step is a service. if anyone has had this with theres plz put up a post how it was solved.

If you leave the car overnight, find this sensor, and using a hairdryer heat is up and see if it starts.

If it doesn't there's the fault!

Ring the main stealer and tell them to cancel the order!
