CORRECT WHEEL CYLINDERS

Post by basil » Fri Aug 22, 2014 1:46 pm

Had a drama getting the right type rear wheel cylinders for my Jap built Samuri sj 413 1986
after a few false starts (wrong cylinder supplied) i found the right one and for anyone benefit it is BWH291 ....exactly the same as the original unit much longer than the later types.

9 years later and I'm having the same problem. I bought a pair of wheel cylinders for my 1985 SJ410 only to find they're too short (50mm long) whereas the ones currently on the car are longer at 55mm long. I'll try a set of the ones you recommend and fingers crossed they fit!
