Me and my mate have a weird mini mog looking thing up farm that's got a jcb hydro steer setup on it? Could get some photos of it if something like that would work? Was only thing I bought it for and him for the rangey axles so can't see problem breaking it

I swapped the axles on the Volvo for disco 2 so I now have a spare set of portal axles, which is great.

I’ve done a few events in my car all good no issues axles all work well.

I may try and tidy the truck up over Xmas, one of the sills isn’t great as been full of mud for many years of comps, I got to sort out my Landcruiser as well as we of Scotland in late January.

I’m going to slightly modify the steering but keep my current setup as a spare, now I have rhd set of axles I’m going to use the steering of them as it should be a bit more standard my current setup is cut and welded, sure it’s strong enough but I just don’t like how it looks, and one of the track rod ends is landrover yuk !
