Using this as the moment before it’s run out to wiltshire.

Oil, filter and plugs done.

Had oil peeing out of a rear hub, fitted a new seal. Hoping thats sorted it.

Swapped the rear drive flanges to 10.9 bolts, loctite and spring lock washers! Should stop them coming loose

Got a clutch release bearing on the way.

Ordered some spare seals and gonna make up a spare hub to carry with me. Same hubs, brakes and bearings on all 4 corners makes carrying spares so much easier.

Fan belt was squeaking. Wasn’t quite as simple a fix as anticipated. The top bolt had sheared. Rad and fan out, drilled out the bolt, which luckily wasn’t seized and just screwed through as i drilled. Which was a bonus.

All back together again.

As recommended in another post also ordered this

DNA Motoring HDS-SSAM86 Stainless Steel Exhaust Header Manifold https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B074KTB6T2/ ... UTF8&psc=1

The price is slowly going up though. It was £122 a week ago, up to £127 now.

Need to have the tracking looked at i think too.

Shouldn’t be any worse than 2019s wales trip. Be quieter with the extra silencer 🤣

I wish you could buy a silencer for 33" tyres!

Swapped a rather rattly clutch release bearing out over the weekend.

Gradually working through the little niggles.

Manifold looks nice! How does the rest of the system mate up to it?

I already have a custom exhaust but not the diameter required.

The new manifold comes with a 2” flange to weld onto the exhaust so i’m going to make a new 2” section that will run underneath behind the chassis then add a 2” to 2.5” adaptor to join it onto the existing stack behind the cab.
