Haha I don't need to resize pictures if I use snapchat lol
Currently doing the power steering modification.
fitted the power steering pump thanks to Dan_2k_uk for the write up
Just making the wedge for the steering box as can't find a cheap steering box off a jimny as I believe they fit straight on

Wheels are fine mate I still have it insured and taxed lol so I used to go for a slow and bumpy drive in it with the misfire lol but it's ran out of mot naw so need to sort a few other things out on it

Made the power steering wedge can anyone tell me how I can get over this problem without cutting and re welding it on as well t is a little bit long plus steering box is tight against the front chassis so i can't move it forward thanks

You need to shorten the shaft from the bulkhead to the steering box.

Remove it and carefully hit it with a hammer to shorten it. They are collapsible but sometimes need quite a bin of persuasion.

Done it but need a new Uj as noticed a lot of play on the universal joint

Got a su carb and adpater and just ordered a yellow Spring and a bfm needle also every thing is all plumbed in and working will get pics tomorrow

Everything is wired and plumbed in and it ticks over even with the wrong needle and Spring in the su carb :guns:

Roll cage has been repainted
All holes and rust patches been filled and painted and also repainted the front wings and front grill looks a lot better

Also got to repair the bootem of the door lol :weld:
