Re: Ralph's 1997 Maruti gypsy king
Cheers Rhinoman, I just need to register my copy of Win_su so we can order a few needle and springs to try, I think you are right though, I can't actually believe the power difference.

Years ago there was a guy running an SJ413 with a 1.6 8V with flowed head, Kent cam and a 2" SU and it was pretty quick.

Cheers Jordi, we are pretty chuffed with how it's come out, just needs a good buff and polish now, we're probably going to treat it to a full respray at some point as well as some of the paint isn't great.Jordi wrote:Looking awesome Scottie, you and your dad have done some amazing work on that.
My father drove it home tonight and it's going in for MOT tomorrow and to go on the co2 meter for a tune up.

Thread revival.
Well after 6 years of daily drive duty then 3 years sat in storage after dad got himself a new Jimny I’ve just pulled this out to recommission it ready to sell.
She’s looking a little tired but we’re gonna give it a bit of a spruce up, lose of the body lift, fit some 235/75r15s and get it through an MOT to be sold as a driving project.
