Hi,
I've just replaced the left hand side wing on my sj (413) after an accident, and after doing so have inherited a weird problem. The engine will idle fine but when i turn the lights or fan on the engine revs to 2k rpm and stays there until i turn them off again. Also the lights have a problem, when i turn them on they go straight to beam, theres no dipped.
I also installed spots lights on the roof, however turning them on has not effect the engine revs. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

PS. The two lights under the headlambs, side lights and inticators don't work either.
